What types of businesses do you work with?
Peglog is built for Canadian ecommerce brands, multi-channel sellers and importers who need warehousing and fulfillment in Canada. Tell us about your products and sales channels so we can confirm the fit.
How do I get started?
Email info@peglog.ca or use our quote request form. We’ll review your requirements, confirm the service scope and plan your store connection and first inbound shipment.
Receiving
Can you receive containers or pallet shipments?
Share the container or shipment type, carton count, SKU count and expected arrival date. Our team will confirm receiving arrangements and any unloading or handling requirements before booking.
What do you need before inventory arrives?
We need your SKU list, quantities, product dimensions, labeling details and shipment information. Agree on the receiving appointment and any special handling in advance.
Fulfillment
Which ecommerce platforms can you work with?
We review Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, WooCommerce, Temu and other sales channels during onboarding. Direct connections, API workflows or batch imports depend on your platform and order requirements. Confirm your specific setup with us.
Do you offer same-day dispatch?
Dispatch schedules and cutoff times are agreed as part of your fulfillment plan. Availability depends on inbound readiness, order timing, product requirements and carrier collection schedules.
Which carriers will deliver my orders?
Carrier selection depends on the origin, destination, parcel dimensions and available services. Our team will confirm the providers and service levels included in your quote.
How are returns handled?
We agree on a returns process with you, including receiving, condition checks, documentation and restocking criteria. Items requiring a decision are handled according to your instructions.
Pricing
How do I get a price?
Request a quote with your product dimensions, monthly order volume, storage needs and typical delivery destinations. We’ll provide a tailored breakdown of the services you need.
Are your rates published online?
We currently quote services directly rather than publish a rate card or automated shipping estimates. This lets us price your actual products, destinations and handling requirements.
Is free storage or a minimum order volume included?
Storage terms, any minimum charges and applicable promotions are confirmed in your Peglog quote. Tell us your expected volume and inventory profile so we can discuss a suitable arrangement.
Location & shipping
Where is your warehouse?
Our warehouse is at 422 Jarvis Ave, Winnipeg, MB R2W 3A6. Contact our team to book an inbound appointment before sending inventory.
Do you have warehouses outside Winnipeg?
Peglog currently operates from Winnipeg only. We’ll plan Canadian distribution from this location and confirm delivery options for your customer destinations.
Can you ship across Canada?
We plan Canadian shipping from Winnipeg. Coverage, transit times and surcharges depend on the selected carrier and destination, so we confirm them when preparing your quote.
